Recently, a group of 6 people including Jiao Wenxiu, Cheng Changguo, and Xu Haitao, members of the Xuchang Municipal Party Committee and deputy directors, went to contact enterprises to carry out assistance activities, and visited Henan Pangyuan Mechanical Engineering Co., Ltd., Changge Zhongwei Steel Ring Co., Ltd., Henan Sida Electric Power Equipment Co., Ltd., Changge Fuxing Auto Parts Co., Ltd., Henan Luoduo Sanitary Ware Co., Ltd., and Changge Yulong Industrial Co., Ltd. to conduct research and implement the current work points.

First, continue to do a good job in helping enterprises to alleviate difficulties. The leaders and cadres of the enterprises listened to the introduction of the business leaders on the operation of the enterprises, research and development, sales, etc., analyzed the opportunities and difficulties faced by the development of the enterprises with the leaders of the enterprises, helped the enterprises seize market opportunities, expressed their concern and full support for the development of the enterprises, encouraged the enterprises to boost their confidence, and stimulate the vitality of development.

Second, thoroughly preach the relevant spirits of the central government, the province, and the city. Guide enterprises to organize the study of the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, the Seventh Plenary Session of the 11th Provincial Party Committee and the Fourth Plenary Session of the Eighth Municipal Party Committee, be good at combining the reform and development tasks proposed by the CPC Central Committee, the Provincial Party Committee and the Municipal Party Committee with the specific work of enterprises, and transform the learning results into a powerful driving force for promoting the high-quality development of enterprises, so as to contribute to further deepening reform and promoting the practice of Chinese-style modernization in Xuchang.

Third, normalize the production safety of enterprises. The pressure of hidden dangers in production safety in summer increases, and enterprises are urged to carry out major inspections of production safety. For the risks and hidden dangers found, they must be corrected immediately, lay a solid foundation for production safety work, dynamically eliminate safety hazards, and ensure that they are prevented before they happen. Heavy rainfall occurs frequently in summer, and the flood control situation is severe. Enterprises are urged to strengthen risk awareness and bottom-line thinking, focus on preventing major floods, fighting major risks, and rescuing major disasters, and make solid ideological and material preparations for extreme weather to ensure the safety of life and property during the flood season.
